DOWNTOWN AKRON — The Selection
Services Center for Ohio Medicaid Managed Care will
have an outreach and education counselor present April
3, 5, 10, 12, 17 and 19 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Summit
County Department of Job & Family Services, 37 N.
High St. If you and/or your children are in the Healthy
Start/Healthy Families program and are receiving health
care coverage through Buckeye Community Health Plan
or CareSource, you can change your Ohio Medicaid Managed
Care Plan from one plan to another for any reason. For
