BARBERTON — Hand-to-Hand Family Education, a nine-week education program designed to foster learning, healing and empowerment for families of children with emotional, mental and/or neurobiological disorders, will be offered Mondays beginning Sept. 11 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at JC’s Place, 963 Wooster Road. The program is sponsored by the Summit County Mental Health Association. Child care and dinner will be provided, and registration is required.
