WEST AKRON — Girl Scouts of the USA has awarded the certification of instructor-of-trainers to Mary Lou Wren, a volunteer in West Akron with Girl Scouts of the Western Reserve Council. Wren completed a three-stage certification process designed to ensure high-quality training for Girl Scout volunteers nationwide.
