• BARBERTON — Booklets on fire and home safety will be available to residents of the 13th Congressional District, courtesy of U.S. Rep. Sherrod Brown (D-District 13), at the next Barberton outreach meeting, Oct. 18 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Barberton Senior Center, 571 W. Tuscarawas Ave. Also, the public can learn about federal programs and share concerns about pending legislation or request assistance in processing claims through federal government agencies at the meeting.
