GREEN — “The Jesus Creed,” by the Rev. Knute Larson, pastor of The Chapel, will be presented at the Nov. 15 Green TableTalk meeting beginning at noon at Prestwick Country Club, 2220 Raber Road. The reservation deadline is Nov. 13 at noon, and reservations may be cancelled up to Nov. 14 at noon. The cost for the buffet lunch is $11. SPRINGFIELD — Clear-view United Methodist Church, 1733 Massillon Road, will present an Apple Harvest Bazaar Nov. 17 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. A swiss steak dinner, with pie, will be served from 4 to 6 p.m. Prices are $7.50 for adults, $3.25 for children ages 4- 11 and free for those under age 4. Carryout is available, and the church is handicapped accessible.
GREEN — The Chapel in Green, 1800 Raber Road, is inviting the public to attend an ecumenical service of Thanksgiving and a program of music presented by the choirs of Green area churches Nov. 19 at 7 p.m. Deacon Robert Bender, of Queen of Heaven Church, will be the featured speaker, with a number of Green churches participating.
