CUYAHOGA FALLS — The Support Group for Divorced, Separated and Widowed Catholics will meet tonight, Nov. 9, from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, in the Convent, 1905 Portage Trail. Speaker Molly Antill, from Akron General Medical Center, will discuss how to get through the holidays. Visitors and prospective members are welcome. CUYAHOGA FALLS — Northminster Church, 104 W. Portage Trail Ext., will host a spaghetti dinner Nov. 10 from 5 to 7 p.m. The dinners include spaghetti with a choice of marinara, chunky meat or alfredo sauce, salad, bread, dessert and beverages. The cost is $6 for adults, $3 for children ages 4-12 and free for children 3 and younger. Free seconds on the spaghetti will be available.

DOWNTOWN AKRON — On Nov. 12 during the 11 a.m. worship service, First United Methodist Church of Akron, 263 E. Mill St., will travel through the liturgical year with songs and scriptures. The Chancel Choir will be joined by the Adult Bell Choir and a brass quartet in the journey from Advent to Pentecost.
