• SILVER LAKE — The 21st Annual Children’s Benefit Invitational, organized in memory of Dr. Bruce Rothmann, will take place Sept. 24 at Silver Lake Country Club. The event will include a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m. and lunch and dinner, as well as a helicopter ball drop, a million dollar shootout, prizes and a silent auction.
