Nursing facility recognized for excellence
RICHFIELD — Pine Valley
Care Center, a long-term care facility located at 4360
Brecksville Road, was presented with a Perfect Survey
Award for regulatory compliance by the Ohio Academy
of Nursing Homes Inc. Aug. 7.
The facility successfully passed the Ohio Department of Health’s annual survey inspection with zero deficiencies in regulatory compliance. The statewide average for nursing home deficiencies is six. The Academy recognizes facilities with three or fewer deficiencies.
“We are very excited that we achieved a citation-free health survey,” said Pine Valley Administrator Jennifer Eiswerth, who is shown at front right in the photo above with Ohio Academy of Nursing Homes Executive Director Victoria Gresh. “It truly shows what a wonderful staff we have at Pine Valley and how seriously everyone takes their job.”
“Pine Valley Care Center has raised the bar for excellence, and I’m proud to honor them as a member of the Academy,” said Gresh.
