SUMMIT COUNTY — Summit County Sheriff Drew Alexander announced the following promotions took place Aug. 31: Promoted to the rank of sergeant were Deputy Antonio Williamson, Deputy Patrick Hunt, Deputy Roger Vaughan Jr. and Deputy Karla Hadley.
