What makes you the best candidate for the position?
“The challenge for the city of New Franklin and Ward 1 involves assuring continued fiscal responsibility while managing growth consistent with the directive from the citizens to preserve the rural character of the community. This requires leadership with an understanding of the economics of the city and the ability to interact with county and state agencies to meet those needs. During my 25 years of practicing law and participating in community activities, I have developed a network of contacts with the individuals involved at the state and county levels. This, combined with my eight years of continued service to New Franklin, makes me uniquely qualified to meet new challenges.”
