SOUTH SUMMIT — The Portage-Summit UAW-CAP Council, representing about 10,000 union members in Summit and Portage counties, have endorsed: David Mucklow and John Volosen, for Green City Council, at-large; Dan Yost for the Springfield Local Schools Board of Education; Todd McKenney for Barberton Municipal Court judge; and Judy Jones for New Franklin City Council, Ward 3. Tom Seese, chairman of the Portage-Summit UAW-CAP Council, stated these candidates have demonstrated their interests in union families’ issues.
