NORTHEAST OHIO — Moscarino Outdoor Creations is a full-service landscape business offering both design and build services as well as maintenance services.

The business has headquarters on 36 acres of land at 25329 Sprague Road in Columbia Station and is owned by brothers Chas and Chris Moscarino.

Moscarino Outdoor Creations was established in 1999 while the brothers were in college and now has 90 employees, according to Chas Moscarino, who is president of the company.

Moscarino said the business specializes in creating outdoor living areas, mostly for residential properties.

“We can work with builders on the landscaping portion to create unique designs for yards and pool areas,” he said. “We also do renovations on existing homes and landscape around pools.”

Moscarino said outdoor living spaces can be simple or elaborate, with decks, patios, fire pits, lighting, outdoor kitchens and bars. Company experts also can help customers with accessories needed for these outdoor living spaces, he added.

Moscarino said large outdoor projects may be constructed in phases to spread out the cost for owners.

“We make sure the outdoor living spaces are right for the owners,” he said.

Moscarino Outdoor Creations also will maintain these landscaped areas and provides lawn maintenance services.

“We build very strong relations with our communities and work with them for years to come,” he said.

According to the company website, in 2009 Moscarino Outdoor Creations was recognized in Lawn and Landscape Magazine for its outstanding growth in the previous four years. In 2010, Moscarino Outdoor Creations was runner up in the Golden 30 awards for Lorain County and placed in the top 10 companies for COSE’s Weatherhead 100. Last month, Moscarino Outdoor Creations was named an NEO Success Award winner by Inside Business Magazine, according to the company website.
