Haulin-N-Such offers mini-moving, hauling and clearing services throughout Northeast Ohio.

NORTHEAST OHIO — Haulin-N-Such is a six-year-old, full-service hauling and moving company serving Northeast Ohio.

Services include hauling, mini-moving, demolition, trash receptacle rentals and hard labor contracting.

“We are a family-owned and operated business, licensed and insured, with clean professional employees and equipment,” said Jeff Davis, who owns the business with his father, Steve Davis. “We do the work so you don’t have to.”

Jeff Davis said the moving services side of the business grew after they first started a hauling and cleaning business, and it is now a main focus for the company.

“People would often ask us to move a heavy piece of furniture while we were on a haul-away job, and we realized we needed to be better prepared,” he said.

In response, Davis said they joined the Ohio Movers Association and the National Association of Senior Movers to learn more about moving and gain insight as to how to best serve customers. He also said a lot of thought went into the startup of the business.

“We wanted our service to be convenient and comfortable for our customers, and our workers to be thoughtful and careful,” said Davis. “We schedule our work, keep our appointments and communicate with our customers to provide updates. We aim to distinguish our services through our appearance, attitude and timely fashion in which we do business.”

Davis said company employees have been trained to understand moving is stressful for people, and people are concerned strangers will be handling their precious belongings.

“We know these things, whether they are expensive or items that have been in the family for years, are important to our customers, and we handle them accordingly,” said Davis. “It isn’t the next job that is important to us; it is the one that we are working on.”

Davis stated the business has refined its services especially for seniors and to move smaller amounts of items.

“We have developed the first mini-moving service just to move small items from room to room or house to house in an enclosed box truck,” he said.

Haulin-N-Such also can clean out attics, basements, garages and yards, clean up after storms and construction debris, and can demolish concrete and small buildings such as barns and garages.
