The 24-year old business, owned by Michael Tersigni, offers nursery stock and garden care items, and specializes in landscape design and maintenance for residential and commercial customers. The business also has a shop with decorative gifts for the home and garden, offers holiday family events and holiday decorating.

“We not only offer quality plants and landscape materials, [but] we have qualified staff to help customers with plant selections and garden accessories,” said Tersigni.

Tersigni said the nursery stock includes a wide variety of specimens of trees, shrubs, bushes for foundation and accent plants, as well as perennials and annuals.

“We can help customers design an extensive perennial garden or aid in selecting perennials to accent a landscape,” said Tersigni. “Our greenhouse is also overflowing with colorful flats of annuals, exceptionally designed combination baskets and beautiful hanging baskets.”

The garden center also carries mulch and top soils, agricultural supplies, seasonal bulbs and landscape timers.

Garden accessories also are available at Amber Gardens and include items such as trellis options, arbors, garden tools, gardening containers, fountains and statuary, as well as water gardens.

Also sold are leisure furniture and benches, as well as bird feed and feeders and firewood.

Amber Gardens also offers landscape design services that include driveway, patio and walkway work; retaining walls, wooden decks, arbors, fencing and pond construction; and irrigation systems, as well as garden work.

“Amber Gardens can not only design a landscape project, and we also have experienced construction crews to install it,” said Tersigni.

Amber Gardens also sells quality fertilizers and premium grass seed, and offers maintenance services for lawns and gardens.

“At Amber Gardens, we can turn a lawn into something to truly be proud of,” said Tersigni.

Maintenance services include spring and fall cleanup, bush and tree pruning, tree removal, bulb planting and mulching.

In addition, Amber Gardens offers winter services such as snow and ice control and removal, and plant pruning.

Other seasonal services include exterior and interior holiday decorating of homes. The business also sells freshly cut and flocked trees and wreaths during the holiday season.

Amber Gardens is open Mondays through Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
