This new location will be the fifth store for Romeo’s in the Canton area, according to company officials. Romeo’s has 34 stores in Ohio.
“We are excited to bring our award-winning pizzas to the Green/Uniontown area and look forward to becoming part of the local community,” stated Sean Brauser, CEO and founder.
In addition to award-winning pizzas, Romeo’s offers a wide variety of menu items, including oven-baked subs, wings, salads, pasta, strombolis and calzones, according to company officials.
The store will offer carryout, delivery and catering service, and online ordering at www.romeospizza.com will be available soon.
“We already have a few local schools that have interest in fundraiser nights,” said Brauser. “We also have dates available for additional fundraiser nights, and any interested organization can contact the store at 330-896-0100 to get additional details. We truly care about our local community and the people and organizations within the community. We’re excited to be opening in Green/Uniontown and can’t wait to meet all our new customers.”
Romeo’s Pizza was named Best Pizza in the Midwest for the third time in February 2013, and it has won Best Pizza in Columbus four years in a row — in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012, according to company officials. Other awards include the Best Gourmet Pizza in America with the Great Ranch & Potato Pizza. Romeo’s Pizza also has been featured on the Food Network, according to company officials.
The business is open Mondays through Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
