Heritage Day returns to Copley

COPLEY — Copley Heritage Day brought the community together at Copley Circle and other nearby sites for a day of activities and fun Aug. 4.

The day began with a ceremonial firing of the historic Copley Cannon. Mike Corathers, a member of the Copley VFW Honor Guard, is shown at right as he raises the U.S. flag during that event.
This year, a group of residents worked throughout the year to organize Heritage Day, which did not take place in the township last year. For more photos from Heritage Day, see Page 4.
