Rainfall a welcome sight

COPLEY — Rain falls on a garden in desperate need of moisture recently.

According to the National Weather Service, as of July 17, much of Ohio fell into the moderate category on the U.S. Drought Monitor, with the area receiving approximately 70 percent of normal precipitation during the 60 days prior to July 21.
