Mr. and Mrs. Paul Beers, of Green, are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Heather Elise, to Chad Edward Harmon, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roland Carpenter, of Pawleys Island, S.C., and Mr. and Mrs. James Harmon, of Belpre.

Heather is a 2003 graduate of Green High School. She earned her bachelor’s degree in public relations and communication from Otterbein University and is a business communications manager with Ecommerce in Dublin.

After his service in the U.S. Air Force, Chad graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in management information systems. He is an IT architect for Nationwide Insurance in Columbus.

The couple will exchange vows June 7, 2013, at the Franklin Park Conservatory in Columbus.
