Students race for STEM education

SOUTH AKRON — Chapel Hill Christian School — Green campus students participated in the All-American Soap Box Derby’s Gravity Racing Challenge May 18 at Derby Downs. The program promotes science, technology, engineering and math learning in education, according to its website.

According to volunteer coach Polo Paredes, the students were able to bring leadership, talents, energy and creativity to the activity.
