COVENTRY — Coventry High School Spirit Week culminated with Homecoming Spirit Day Oct. 11, and students celebrated by wearing the school’s colors of blue and gold.

“Our students at [Coventry High School] have a lot of school spirit,” said Principal Cindy McDonald. “It was so exciting to see the halls literally bursting with blue and gold.”

Students dressed in blue and gold are pictured below standing in the school’s swimming pool. The pool will be demolished as part of the planned renovations to turn the high school into an elementary school and build a new high school.

Spirit Week was followed by Coventry High School’s Homecoming Oct. 12.
