FAIRLAWN — Faith Preschool celebrated the 2014 Winter Olympics with its own Olympic Games Day Feb. 6. The preschool Olympic activities included individual sports stations, which offered events such as luge. The preschool children traveled around these stations to compete in events, and also made “torches” and received a gold medal on the podium to the music of John Williams’ “Olympic Fanfare and Theme.” Shown at right is 4-year-old Noah Kerr, of Copley, on the podium getting a medal.

Preschool Director Dineen Dowling added that through the games and activities, children learned to do their best and cheer for one another.

Faith Preschool, for children age 3-4, is offered at Faith Lutheran Church, located at 2726 W. Market St. For more information about the preschool, visit www.faithlutheranchurch.org/faith/index.cfm/preschool.
