FAIRLAWN — The St. Hilary Saberbots FIRST LEGO League team competed at the State FIRST LEGO League Tournament Feb. 8-9 at Wright State University in Dayton.

According to school officials, the Saberbots received overall exemplary ratings for their Robot Design and Research Project. The team also was awarded the Robot Strategy and Innovation Award. This award recognizes a team that uses solid engineering practices and a well-developed strategy to design and build an innovative, high-performing robot, according to school officials.
