Aaron and Sandra Moskowitz
Sandra (Spiegel) and Aaron Moskowitz celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary June 8.

The couple was married in 1952 in Los Angeles. After two children were born there, they moved to Akron in 1957. After having two more children, they moved to their current home in Fairlawn in 1970.

Sandra worked as a bookkeeper in Akron before retiring from Winer & Bevilacqua Inc. in 1996. She volunteers at many organizations in the area, collects dog figurines and is glad slot machines are finally in Cleveland, according to her family.

Aaron worked for CO-OP Optical in Stow for 35 years before retiring in 1992. He volunteers at many organizations in the area and enjoys golfing, reading and walking.

Sandra and Aaron said they both enjoy every minute they share with their four children — Steve, David (Luanne), Paul and Karen (Jim) — and their six grandchildren: Jill, Nathan, Rachel, Kyle, Sophie and Simon.

The couple celebrated their anniversary with a special dinner at Beau’s Grille in Fairlawn and are enjoying their new iPad.
