Dr. Tara Scott, of Paragon Health Associates, discussed women’s connection to heart disease as their No. 1 killer, and advised on how to lead a healthier life. Lisa Lisson, president of FedEx Express, Canada, delivered the keynote address. She shared her family’s personal experience with heart disease and how it has shaped how she lives her life by focusing on the positive. Local survivors also spoke at the luncheon.
