Cleveland Area PH Support Group

WEST AKRON — The Cleveland Area PH Support Group (CAPHS) will hold its seventh annual Walk and Roll to raise funds for research and create awareness for and about pulmonary hypertension (PH) July 13 starting at 11 a.m. at the Wadsworth Shelter in Sand Run Metro Park, 1400 Sand Run Parkway. Participants in the event are invited to walk for six minutes or longer or travel the Walk and Roll route with the help of a walker, wheelchair or scooter or have someone else walk for them. A PH specialist will be on hand, and the event also will include games, door prizes, goody bags, food and entertainment. Registration is $25 for individuals and $45 for families of up to three people ($15 for each additional person with the family rate). To register online, go to www.firstgiving.com/phassociation/WalkandRoll and include your shirt size. Secure donations may also be made at the website.
