Westman, Laski marry

Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Laski

Caroline Elizabeth Westman and Andrew John Laski were united in marriage Oct. 24, 2009, at Hale Farm Chapel in Bath. The Rev. Lynn Thompson Bryant officiated.

Caroline is the daughter of Dean and Ann Westman, of Northwest Akron. Andrew is the son of Paul and Jo Laski, of Shawnee, Kan.

Lindsey Fierer, sister of the bride, was the matron of honor. The bridesmaids were Karen Hagemaster, Kaedra Wetzel and Christine Toole.

Brian Potocki was best man, and the groomsmen were Christopher Fierer and Bogdan Szyszko.

The ring bearer was Christine Anderson, sister of the groom.

Caroline earned a bachelor’s of science degree in industrial design from Virginia Tech and is a marketing assistant for Coldwell Banker. Andrew received a bachelor’s of science degree in computer science and mathematics from Virginia Tech and is a software developer for Rackspace.

Following a reception at Portage Country Club in West Akron and a honeymoon in Lanai in Manele Bay, Hawaii, the couple reside in Blacksburg, Va.
