My mom is hooked on gambling
I say without much hesitation
My name’s Monty, my brother’s Chip
If that’s any indication
 
She taught me to play blackjack
At the tender age of 2
And cleaned me out of Cheerios
Before the night was through
 
But Mother, she did raise me
When she knew that I was bluffing
And would use her losing betting slips
To pad the turkey stuffing
 
You cannot pull her from the slots
When off on an excursion
Was dragged away by 50 cops
In the Lifetime movie version
 
And if I could grant her fondest wish
Don’t know if I would do it
It doesn’t matter anyway
