To the editor:

I would like to urge voters to retain Colleen Swedyk as Medina County recorder. I have known her many years now and can attest to both her integrity and responsibility. She has lived in Medina County for over 20 years and is very active in the community. Colleen has experience as your county recorder, knowledge of what the position entails as well as the legal requirements, and can work full-time to ensure all documents are recorded accurately and timely. She is innovative and always looking for ways to ensure the community is protected, such as the property fraud alert she recently implemented. With both a bachelor’s in finance and a master’s in education/integrated social studies, she brings both education and fiscal responsibility to the office. Colleen Swedyk is truly an asset to Medina County.

Please vote for her on Nov. 6.
