On behalf of the Green All Sports Booster Club, our student athletes and coaches, I would like to thank the many sponsors and people that helped make the 2009 Golf Outing a very successful outing to date. The outing was held Sept. 23 at Raintree Country Club. The outing was attended by nearly 70 golfers.

With the support of the golfers and the many sponsors of the event, we were able to raise over $6,000 for the Booster Club and our student athletes. We would like to send a special thanks to all of the generous people and organizations that made the event such a success: event sponsors, Weinsz Oil & Gas, Akron Hardware; co-sponsors, Summa Center for Sports, SkyWay Drive-in of Green, ProSource Solutions; super ticket prize donors, Tom and Missy Falor, Prestwick and Raintree country clubs, Akron Hardware, ProSource Solutions Inc., MAS Distributing, Chenoweth Golf Course, Splash and Dash Car Wash of Green; cart sponsorhip, EyeTech of Green, Stinnett Padrutt & Aranyosi Co.; hole and tee sponsors, Guiseppes Pizza, Guys Party Center, Classic Hair Quarters, Rocky Robinson State Farm Insurance, Foxy Golf, Michael E. Ciccolini & Associates, Gardiner Trane Co., Dan Hickman Construction, T.A.A. and Associates, Suellen and Geoff Wagner, Vasco Asphalt, Dano’s Lakeside Pub, Edward Jones — Jerome Rieke, Bulldog Youth Football, Dunn Chiropractic, TJ Maxx, Nancy and Steve Pruneski, Anthony and Biscan Funeral Home, Paul Miller Attorney at Law; golf outing committee, Ken Orihel, Pat McCausland; and special thanks to the Engraving Tree and Kim Owens for donating year after year the tee and hole sponsorship plaques.

Thanks again to the all of the golfers, sponsors and the Green community for their phenomenal support of our Booster Club and student athletes.

Jeff Welch, Golf Committee chairman
