FAIRLAWN — Stouffer Realty Inc. moved to a new location in Fairlawn and will now offer customers all the services they need in one convenient “real estate center.”

Adopting the motto, “All Your Real Estate Solutions Under One Roof,” the agency has set up shop at 130 N. Miller Road, along with seven other organizations that are “dedicated to working together to make real estate-related endeavors simple and convenient,” according to Stouffer Realty founder and owner Gary Stouffer.

According to company officials, Stouffer Realty is a real estate company offering services in all sectors, including residential, commercial, vacant land and new housing developments, with more than 100 real estate agents in offices in Brimfield, Green, Fairlawn, Medina and Stow. The tenants at the new office include: Akron Insurance, Allegiance Title Agency, Craftsmen Construction, Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp., Leiby Hanna Rasnick and North Akron Savings Bank, as well as Stouffer University, an in-house training program that offers continuing education classes to Realtors across Northeast Ohio.

“The tenants were chosen based on their reputations, and I believe we have some of the best in the industry,” said Stouffer. “Our clients can use one or all of these services, and we still cooperate with all other outside companies that service our industry.”

Stouffer said he moved the business from 3480 W. Market St. to the North Miller Road location when the opportunity to own a company building became available. The company purchased the 10,300-square-foot building, a former medical office, in February and has done extensive remodeling and landscaping. Stouffer said he occupied leased space at the former location for 14 years. The new office can be reached at 330-835-4900.

“I think it is significant that in these economic times we are continuing to invest in the growth of the Greater Akron community and proving that Northeast Ohio has a viable housing market,” said Stouffer.

The new Stouffer offices were officially opened with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Aug. 17 attended by Fairlawn Mayor Bill Roth, representatives from area chambers of commerce and other officials. Later that evening, the company hosted a catered event welcoming area real estate professionals.

Stouffer, a resident of Bath and a licensed broker, opened Stouffer Realty in 1997 after 33 years in the business and receiving numerous professional awards, according to company officials.

“The unique spirit of cooperation between our agents is our strongest asset and the foundation of our exceptional service,” said Stouffer. “Our agents are dedicated to working together as a team, always putting the good of the client above who gets the sale. This means a Stouffer Realtor will always be available to show a property or present a home to a potential buyer if the primary agent can’t.”
