Local agents make move to RE/MAX Crossroads

FAIRLAWN — Eight area real estate agents announced they have joined local firm RE/MAX Crossroads and are staffing a new office for the agency in Fairlawn.

Realtors® Sherri Costanzo and Nikki Konstand-Relic joined the firm, along with Dan Salmons, Linda Banasiak, Jeanne Bobinchuck, David Montoney, Kevin McCaulley and Lenny Immormino, company officials announced. The office is located at 3480 W. Market St., Suite 103, and the phone number is 330-576-5155.

RE/MAX Crossroads has seven office locations in Ohio, including Medina, Canton and Strongsville, according to company officials.

The agents said one of the main attributes RE/MAX brings to its agents is its resources. Ranked by closed transactions per sales associate, RE/MAX Crossroads ranked as 24th in the top 50 firms for the 2011 Real Trends 500, with 22.5 closed transactions per sales associate. Additionally, its agents lead with the average number of transactions at 13.1, compared to the local 9.2, through September of this year, officials said.
