Revere players win Kent State Soccer Festival Championship

BATH — A team of 9- and 10-year-old Revere Soccer Club players won the boys U10 division of the Kent State University (KSU) Girls and Boys Travel Soccer Tournament/Festival March 16-18 at the KSU Indoor Field House.

The team was undefeated and won its championship game against One United 5-0. The Revere team gave up only one goal during the tournament. The team was coached by John Rorabaugh, a Revere High School assistant soccer coach.
The team, shown at right, from left, includes: (front row) Joey Kline, Isaac Schmitke and Trevor Rorabaugh; and (back row) Matthew Kostoff, Grant Scherler, John Lauterjung, Omar Najjar, Trenton Rorabaugh and coach John Rorabaugh.
