Revere U10 team ends season in finals

BATH — The Revere U10 Lady Minutemen team (Division C2) was runner-up in the Greater Akron Amateur Soccer Association (GAASA) postseason championship tournament June 3.

The Lady Minutemen, entering the tournament as the fourth seed, won their semifinal match, defeating Jackson 1-0 on a goal scored by Keri Tomechko and Joy Mullet. The team fell 4-1 in the finals to Streetsboro.
The team, shown above right, from left, includes: (front row) Mullet, Tomechko, Clare Lyons, Nicole Langenfeld and Abby Kraynak; (second row) Elizabeth Blackford, Emma Wolfe, Elise Parker, Tatum Carmichael, Elyssa Koutrodimos and Alanna Ramsey; and (back row) team manager Damon Blackford and Dave Howson.
