WEST AKRON — The WABL U9 tournament team played in the Chippewa Invitational Tournament and finished with a 4-0 record and won the championship game 9-8 over North Canton.

The team, shown above, from left, includes: (front row) Aidan Ray, Michael Puglia, Nick Cody, Aaron Lux, Jake Pentasuglio, Dalvin Dickerson and Jimmy Gupta; (second row) Devin James, Nate Floyd, Gino Puglia and Collin Borelle; and (back row) coach Scott Scislo, head coach Kevin Floyd, coach Burke James and coach Scott Cody.
