Revere fourth-grade travel team finishes successful season

BATH — The Revere fourth-grade girls travel team was crowned runner-ups at the Barberton Tournament Jan. 27.

After completing an 8-0 season record at Barberton, the team went into tournament play and beat Barberton 22-11. The girls advanced to the semifinals and beat GlenOak 13-11. In the championship game, the team was defeated by Medina 25-16 and placed second in the fourth-grade division, according to team officials.
