Highland staff participate in Akron Marathon

GRANGER — A group of Highland Local Schools District staff members participated in the Road Runner Akron Marathon Sept. 26.

The Highland High School staff members who participated in the Akron Marathon Team Relay included, shown at right bottom, from left, Jim Addington, Andrew Lyden, Kyle Brooks and Julie Boggs.

More than 900 relay teams participated in the annual event.

The Highland Middle School runners included, shown at right top, from left: (front row) Marcy Hughes, John Deuber, Jennifer Brothers and Jeremie Pesek; (middle row) Rob Gilbert, Allison Aber, Kim Clendaniel and Jennifer Nerlich; and (back row) Bill Kirk, Andy Gopp and Mark Raczynski.
